Agent Membership Application
**You must have a referral license to transfer your license with us. If you currently hold a Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson license, there will be an additional fee in addition to the State transfer fee.
Joining SURFSIDE Referral Group
Joining SURFSIDE Referral Group LLC is a straightforward process. The necessary forms and fees vary depending on your current license status. Please utilize the information provided to determine the requirements for joining.
It's important to note that if your license is currently active with another broker, you are required to contact your broker and have them release your existing license prior to transferring into referral status. In New Jersey, brokers have the capability to release your license instantly through their New Jersey Real Estate Commission Account. This termination process is both free and immediate. Barring exceptional circumstances, it can typically be completed within a 24-hour timeframe.
Membership and Fees
Membership in the SURFSIDE Referral Group LLC entails an annual fee of $100. This fee guarantees that your license will remain active in referral status. YOU will be responsible for your bi-annual renewal.
To complete the SRG application, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the SRG Membership Application.
2. Refer to the attached fee schedule to determine applicable fees.
